Supermac's Head Office currently have an Accounts Payable Supervisor position. The candiate should have previous AP supervisory experience and be willing to undertake a new challenge. Duties Processing and inputting of invoices Obtaining authorised approval of invoices prior to payment Monthly Creditor Reconciliations Processing payments to suppliers Accruals calculations Dealing with supplier queries Monthly review of Aged Listing Bank Reconciliations Assisting Financial Accountant in producing monthly accounts Training of accounts payable staff.
