Assistant Chef
Location: Spiddal, Co Galway
Salary: €24,000
Duties include assisting the Head Chef with preparation, presentation of Chinese Thai dishes.

Applicants will have a knowledge of HACCP. To adhere to the rules of an effective kitchen management system, this includes the cleaning of kitchen utensils, equipment and area on a regular basis in compliance with Food Hygiene standards and to operate a stock rotation system so as to ensure that all food being prepared complies with these standards. People Management essential.
Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience. Training provided.
