The Service Team is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all catering equipment and buildings for all Supermac’s outlets nationwide. Working as part of this team, the Technical Service Coordinator will be responsible for logging, dispatching, tracking and closing of all service calls, including co-ordination of Service Engineers schedules to and from shops. He/she will also manage the billing database and ensure correct accounts are maintained. The Service Coordinator will rovide technical advice to stores on a range of issues and be responsible for managing correct stock levels for all technical parts. The successful candidate will have strong telephone and PC skills along with fluent English and will demonstrate strong time and task management skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks. Full training will be provided however a technical qualification or background is preferred.

This role will report to the Senior Manager in charge.
This is a 6 month contract which may extend to 1 year.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:-Managing data input - encourage producers to enter the required information in a timely manner.
-Email communication - Email all registered producers prior to the reporting period, reminding them of their need to report and dealing with ongoing email queries.
-Query resolution - Handle email and telephone queries as they arise on an on-going basis. -Follow up calls as appropriate - to facilitate compliance, telephone all registered producers who have still not “Completed” their submission for that reporting period reminding them of their need to report. -Preparing appropriate reports for the client and third parties where appropriate.
-Taking on new registrants - A file will be provided on a monthly basis from the client. -
Analysing issues as they arise and provide necessary solutions in a timely and professional manner -Maintaining the highest levels of confidentially and security with all operations.

Skills & Experience:
-Highly organised with great time-management skills and attention to detail is a must.
-Third Level qualification is desirable
-Proactive and able to work without supervision.
-You need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access etc.)
-An understanding of SQL and SQL server is an advantage.T

Qualifications

Good understanding of today’s technology standards (PC-level, software, telecom, network systems)
Sound knowledge of the complete Windows suite 3.1/9x/2000/NT/XP/ME
Sound knowledge of telecommunications and PC installations (usage, configuration, installation)
A good knowledge of SQL queries and server would be highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent job experience
